Orders
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll see a confirmation page showing a unique order number, order summary and the shipping address. You’ll also receive an email confirming your order details, an update when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse and the shipping tracking details.
To track the status of your order, go to the "My Account" section and select "Order Status". You can also use the "Track My Order" link at the bottom of the website.

Once your order is confirmed, it’s shipped using our courier service partner. If it seems to be delayed, please contact our Customer Care team.
Unfortunately, our policy doesn’t allow this. However, we might be able to help you if you contact our Customer Care team within 15 minutes of placing an order.

Yes! Before confirming your order, select the gift box option at checkout and your order will be sent in a gift box.
Please note that this is only possible for the entire order, and not for individual products.
Absolutely! Just use the "billing address" for your details, and the address you want to ship your order to as the "shipping address".
The "Wish List" is the perfect place to save your favorite products for the future. Simply set up an account, click the heart on a product’s page to add it to your "Wish List", and come back later. Just remember that adding a product to your "Wish List" doesn’t mean that it’s reserved for you, and its price might change in the future.
You can leave your items in your shopping bag for 7 days.
Email reminders will be sent to you to complete your purchase.
Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” aren’t available to purchase. Keep an eye out for them when they're back in stock.

Delivery
Delivery network is currently covered within the following countries:
• Middle East and North Africa (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, and Turkey)
• European Region (United Kingdom, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain)
We are expanding the reach onto additional countries in the near future.
Complimentary free delivery is provided for all orders within Saudi Arabia.
For export orders to other countries, transparent delivery charges will be communicated at the checkout.
Customs and taxes can be varied depending on the country and its customs and regulations.

Same Day Delivery is applied for Riyadh if orders are placed before 12 PM. Orders placed after that time will arrive the next day.
Orders placed within other cities in Saudi Arabia vary between 2 to 5 days.
For orders outside Saudi Arabia, they may take up 5 to 7 days.
Deliveries may also change depending on national holidays or other events.
Returns and Refunds
We offer an exchange or return should a customer receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage.
To uphold the quality and safety of our products, returns or exchanges can only be accommodated for items that remain unopened and unused.
Purchases will be refunded via the original payment method. The amount of time to settle a refund varies from bank to bank.
If customers paid with an Asteri Gift Card, they will receive a new Asteri Gift Card with the amount of the purchase.

Go to the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the website. You’ll see the list of items that you have added to the bag.
Remove the items that you don’t want to buy by clicking on "X". You’ll be prompted to confirm your choice. Select "Yes, remove item", or click anywhere outside this message to keep the product in the bag.

Click on the profile icon next to the shopping bag icon on the top right hand of the website. Fill in your details, and click on "Create Account" to complete the registration.
Go to the login page and click on "Forgot password?" You are then required to type in your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to change your password.

Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
We’re working hard to make our packaging responsibly. The majority of the plastic we use is either recycled or recyclable: all our papers are FSC certified, and our lipstick and brow pencils are refillable, with more refillable makeup to come.
We have chosen our ingredients with great care. We don't use ingredients that are known skin irritants or that contaminate the environment. Our Black List contains the list of ingredients that we avoid including mineral oil, microplastics, talc, metals, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, known carcinogens, carbon black and many more. Match My Makeup
"Match My Makeup" is a tool that helps you find your foundation and concealer color using advanced technology.
"Match My Makeup" compares and predicts the shade that’ll suit you best. Simply answer a set of questions to see the recommended result.
It also allows you to select the current brand that you are using and you could enter the brand name and details for the tool to suggest similar ones from Asteri.

Tamara
You can sign up to Tamara simply by choosing Tamara as your payment option at checkout or signing up directly through the Tamara app.
You will be asked to provide the following information to create a Tamara account:
1. Mobile number
2. National ID
3. Email
4. Debit or Credit Card
Once you submit this information, an account will be created for your future purchases.
Tamara is available to all citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE and Kuwait. We only need your mobile number and a valid payment method.

The amount you are trying to check out with might be too high or too low for Tamara's option to show up.
Depending on the customer's purchasing history with Tamara, limits could reach up to 10,000 SAR.
There are several potential reasons for rejection, including but not limited to:
1. Your card isn't activated or fit for e-commerce.
2. You have prior commitments to your bank/telecommunications company and/or are flagged by Simah.
3. You have unpaid bills from Tamara.
4. Tamara's intricate risk system deems the value of your purchase as too high.
5. The value of the item you're trying to buy exceeds the limit.
If none of the above reasons apply to you, please try with a different card.
To buy with Tamara:
1. Choose Tamara Split into 3 or 6 payments as your payment method at checkout.
2. Login using your mobile number and verify it using the one-time password.
3. Enter your payment details and pay for your first payment.
4. Receive your order... and pay later within 1 month for Pay in 2, 2 months for Pay in 3, and 3 months for Pay in 4.
To pay for your Tamara orders:
1. Download the Tamara Mobile app (https://tamara.co/tamara-app.html) then log in simply using your mobile number.
2. Enter the one-time password sent to your mobile.
3. Follow up on your payments amount and upcoming due dates.
4. Pay easily using your favorite payment option: Mada, Visa, Master Card, or even Apple Pay!

Yes, you will be receiving messages and notifications (through the Tamara app) from Tamara to remind you about your upcoming due dates.
We impose late fees of 25 SAR after the due date then it will increase every 15 days of delay with the same amount. Fees are limited to 150 SAR or 25 % of the order value (the minimum of the two options will apply).
If you were late in making payment more than that, your data will be shared with Simah KSA - they will act accordingly.
Log in to your Tamara account, then go to the settings page to change your payment method.
To track your order, visit our website and click on Track My Order from the footer.
Tamara will update your order’s status accordingly. Once the update takes place, you will be able to track your order by logging in to your Tamara account.
Note: Buying from Tamara will not affect the delivery process. the delivery process depends on the merchant.
Several pending orders could prevent you from making another. Examples:
1. Your first order at Tamara is unpaid.
2. You have an overdue order.

Tabby
Tabby empowers you with the flexibility and freedom to choose how and when to pay for the things you love. Tabby lets you shop now, pay later without the interest, fees or debt traps.
Select Tabby on checkout. A pop up will appear with the four monthly instalment details. Register one time on our website with national ID, email and phone number to activate the payment service. Pay the first installment immediately, and the rest of the payments will be scheduled as an automatic debit from the card that has been used for the first payment.

Four months is the standard duration pre-selected for this service. This cannot be altered.
