Program Terms and Conditions

MUAs will have to agree to the following Terms and Conditions in order to apply:

  • The Asteri Xpert Program Membership and privileges associated with it may only be used by the individual to whom the membership is issued and are not transferable.


  • The Asteri Xpert Program can not be combined with other discounts or promotions in-store, or online.


  • Asteri reserves the right to cancel an Asteri Xpert Program membership, and revoke membership privileges in an event of violation of program guidelines.


  • Asteri reserves the right to cancel an Asteri Pro membership, and revoke membership privileges in an event of violation of program guidelines.


  • Asteri reserves the right to require additional professional documentation at any time.


  • Asteri reserves the right to modify the program and its benefits at any time without prior notification.


  • The Asteri Xpert Program Discount may be used in Asteri Stores across the GCC, and online.


  • As a member of the Asteri Xpert Program, you may receive communication regarding the program, products, classes, events, and/or your membership via Email/WhatsApp.


  • Asteri reserves the right to to refuse, cancel or limit orders suspected of resale purposes.If an order is cancelled post billing, a refund will be issued.


  • All members are required to present their valid National ID, same as uploaded at the time of application, along with their Asteri Xpert QR code for in-store purchases.


  • Membership is valid for 1 year, is renewable annually, and is the responsibility of the Makeup Artist.


  • Asteri reserves the right to reject an application for any reason.All memberships are valid for one year from the date of issue.
